Not a bad answer. Not bad at all. But generally speaking ... let's say under his regime we have unprecedented economic success. Do you want him to succeed in that regard? For general prosperity of the USA? Or do you want a recession/depression so he gets blamed and ousted? I'm saying I want the prosperity but still would want him out after 4 years for Bernie cause his stance on health care won't be changing.

Sorry Hurt, I feel your pain and wonder how you are getting by without health insurance. I tell you, this double crossing B.S. regarding health care is why I've given up. I want Bernie and want him now to make it free for all. Health care has jumped the shark. Even if you have coverage, good luck not going in the poorhouse. For instance, I'd love to hear from folks whose wives have just had a baby. For those of you with good plans, tell me how much you paid out of pocket for said baby. Years ago, you were covered; baby is basically free, full 100 percent coverage. Now? Good luck. Also lets say a boomer who is living check to check has coverage at work yet he gets a condition that keeps him hospitalized 3 weeks and out of work 3 months. His traditional stats probably are one of the best 4-year runs in Sox history, maybe THE best. BA, HR, RBI over a 4-year span. Granted his glove is pretty weak but what the heck. Our team blows defensively.

I don't think people read my posts. What more can I say negative regarding Trump? If I'm not mistaken I call him "evil" a lot and a "jerk" a lot. I don't want to cuss on here if I can avoid it. I don't know why some of you guys think a veteran like Abreu won't have tremendous value to the Sox on the field and in the clubhouse. I'd say this board consists of the Sox most passionate fans and for the most part the most stat savvy fans and I think we can conclude "most" of you won't lose any sleep over trading Abreu. It makes very little sense to me because as we've seen in Moncada and Lopez and Gio, these guys are all potentially fine players but to tell you the truth, Abreu's stats the past four years are close to the ceiling of what you should "expect" from Robert, Rutherford, all those studs we have now. Maybe Eloy is projected to do a bit better. I maintain to you Abreu has incredible value to the Sox being the veteran in the clubhouse and on the field. I contend his lousy production of late probably has to do with his mental state of mind. Playing for such a loser of an organization to this date has to wear on you during your at bats.

Well the Sarah Sanders story has just about run its course, used up its 15 minutes of fame. How did everybody come out? Looks like Sanders came across as a classy person, just walking away and going home. She was not seen as much of a victim though. She'll continue on her daily duties fighting the media and vice versa. The left has to be happy she did not emerge heroic. b.) Restaurant owner survives not apologizing, sounds as if she continues to lay low she'll be fine. Who cares if she's not running the downtown business association any more? She might watch out for a lunatic or two for another week or so but she'll be fine. c.) The person who advocated doing this to Trump supporters everywhere and "pushing back" has survived without issuing an apology. I forget her name. So why was this story moderately important? More hatred in America exhibited. People hating on each other is not good.

It's going to be great when all our players are between 24 and 28 years old and there's no more talk of trades. You can say what you want about "nobody hates Abreu" on this board but there's a general malaise about Abreu, that he's basically finished. He's too old in the eyes of fans who pore over all the advanced stats. I don't know why fans think we're going to get anything for Abreu then. Are you all smarter than GMs throughout baseball?
