It does seem like a lot, but some people are only a mod in one forum, so it balances out pretty well. The most important thing IMO is that we have someone on just about 24/7.- Joe Crede or Jose Valentin?
QUOTE(Punch and Judy Garland @ Apr 16, 2005 -> 02:34 AM) I can't believe people are picking Crede. His defense at third is mildy better but his bat isn't. I'll take the lockerrom leader over an underachiever. I'm really stunned. THe way people want to bury past Sox players on this site is a big turnoff to coming here No one is forcing you to come here. Valentin sucks.- Upcoming starters for next couple of series
QUOTE(Jabroni @ Apr 16, 2005 -> 04:49 AM) I believe we face Kyle Lohse and Dave Gassner which is nice. Lohse and Radke- Upcoming starters for next couple of series
With no off days until the 28th, here is what the Sox look like in terms of pitching the next two weeks. Seattle 15th: Garland 16th: Buehrle 17th: Garcia Minnesota 18th: Contreras 19th: Hernandez At Detroit 20: Garland 21: Buehrle At Kansas City 22: Garcia 23: Contreras 24: Hernandez At Oakland 25: Garland 26: Buehrle 27: Garcia- Neal Focking Cotts
If there is a thread like this after every loss, this is going to be a long, long season. Some of you need to grow up. We're not going 162-0, so deal with it.- Coach El Duque
QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Apr 14, 2005 -> 05:01 PM) I would also be interested to see what the rule is on that. I would think it would not be a problem if a player from the dugout came out to talk to the pitcher, although baseball has some pretty odd rules, so who knows.........- .200 is remaned from the "Mendoza Line" to........
These threads are getting old pretty fast guys, knock it off. Hopefully that's the last time I have to say this.- Something's going on with Magglio
He is a lot smaller than last year for sure.- Frank shut down
http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb...t=.jsp&c_id=cws- Crede has a 3 game hit streak
I think he got a hit off Lee last time, it was his first of the season, so I'm calling a hit today for Crede.- White Sox @ Tribe - 4/13/05 Official Game Thread
QUOTE(Steff @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 10:47 AM) They are not on AM100 tonight.. they are on their sister FM station. Those damn Bulls.- US Cellular Field is complete
QUOTE(Steff @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 10:57 AM) Only the last 2 rows were previously sold. These are the seats that were given to scouts. F&F didn't even get to sit in them. Guess I was a scout then because I've been in the front row right behind what was formerly the tunnel several times, most recently for a Tampa Bay game when Colon pitched.- US Cellular Field is complete
Besides the padded seats and unlimited food, these are the same seats I used to get in 132 for about $36. Go figure.- US Cellular Field is complete
QUOTE(Steff @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 10:15 AM) $170 all you can eat/drink. So we're talking approximately 14K per seat a year and that's not including parking.- Sopranos may go for lucky #7....
Damn I wish this would get back on the air ASAP. I know they are releasing season 5 on DVD on June 7th.- White Sox @ Tribe - 4/13/05 Official Game Thread
- Derek Lowe wears Red Sox jersey...
They were celebrating last season, when he was on the Red Sox, so I really don't see what the problem is here.- For you married folks... and QP..
QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Apr 12, 2005 -> 05:38 PM) Don't really know if i should be chiming in here, but i think that all the 'official' crap that you are 'supposed to do' in weddings/relationships is stupid. You're getting married...isn't that enough? Saying "oh my God you have to exchange it at the rehearsal dinner" just makes it a gift for show. What, do you need to prove something to everyone else? Didn't think so. If affordable, i would think that getting each other a little something extra would be kinda cool, and you wouldn't even have to tell anyone about it. Just something unique or cute or what not (like the packers tickets idea is kinda cool). But i don't think crap like that is necessary. Then again, i'm usually out of the loop on traditions like this anyway. - A little known fact...maybe
