I believe Ivan Calderon had one, tried to play through it, eventually had the surgery and came back strong the next year. Whatever happens, I wish the best for Saladino: the guy is a ball player.

IMO what you do as a teenager means very little. unless of course if you are tearing it up in AA and then it means a lot!
