That is a very good analysis but like Jim said, one team gets it done the other doesn't. I also believe its clutch that makes the difference and especially the bullpen, but how many times have you seen our pitchers in a duel and end up on the losing side, not becuase the team couldn't get it done but because the pitcher himself didn't give the team the chance. Which usually means, he rolled over first and the other team didn't look back... Lets not mention all the times Jackson let inherited runners score.

Am I the only one admitting that Contreras isn't such an ace everyone else is thinking he is? To tell you the truth, I hate him... To me it just looks like its the adventure for a fifth starter all over again next season.

Even though I do hate the Twins and some of their players, I still am very very upset at my White Sox. I know our 3 and 4 hitters went down but comon, getting swept what? Back to back that's just pitifull.

Bulls***, Harden has been lights out in the 2nd half but you are forgetting about his inconsistency in the 1st half. I would name him 3 on our team even if he had a great 1st half just because of the experience from Buehrle and Garcia as our 1 and 2, but that 's jmo.

I don't know what I want, if the Twins win it all, it will mean the sox got beat by the best and the division will get some respect. On the opposite side it could intimidate the sox next year to play them because the whole thing about them winning it all could be scary. What would be the best scenario??

I don't think so, the sox can't build such good talent from within, just look at our minor leaguers called up so far... Not too exciting. Also, as far as the Tribe, they WILL be a threat next year.

Rather write in Uribe as starting SS next year. Just because Guzmen is on the Twins doesn't mean he's good. He has some woes defensivly and doesn't have that great of an OBP. I don't know his avg but I don't think its too high. Give me Radke or another frontline pitcher before anything. We need to get someone that can shut them down anytime like Radke and Santana can do us. They don't have to be the best pitcher available but as long as we beat them everytime he's on the mound is good enough. I am tired of looking at their pitchers and knowing were pretty much toast before the game starts. It would be nice if we had something like that. Think of it this way, we get Radke and that takes away a automatic win from them against us and it gives us a chance against everyone else. After that please look for some bullpen help, its sad to have to depend on the same pitchers everytime we have a game on the line. I also wish Guillen would enforce his "fundamental baseball" play. He's always talking about it but never enforces it, he just lays back and says "that't not how its supposed to be played" or "were not going to win games like that" well do something about it!!! Don't just sit back like a f***in goof. If a player doesn't hussle bench his ass, show them you want them to play the game the correct way. I am just sick of this, the sox have a team to beat anyone but they have no f***in heart. This season is just ugh... :puke :puke :puke

Guys I am sorry but I don't believe KW is going after a frontline starter in the offseason. Actually I think its going to be the same as usual, got the first four guys, find a 5th in ST within the organization. I am hoping it won't end up like that but I just can't see us signing a guy who has shown he can get the job done.

We were going great early when Ozzie was determined to make this team what he wanted it but lately its been like hes been ignoring the situation. I thought Ozzie was going to enforce playing small ball? What happened to that?

Once Cotts trusts his stuff he will be unhittable, but with his control problems most of the time up with the big club, its hard to be good.

So I guess Maggs and Thomas are out the rest of the season? I doubt that and like morecowbell said, its not that our power has been lost but our tablesetters to make the power hurt are not doing their job. Maggs and Thomas arn't the reason we are losing, we were losing before they left.

It sucks very much that we were swept and are down 3 and a half games back, but I don't think Ozzie will let the sox lay down the rest of the season. I think the sox can still win it. What a total asshole, is Burke ok? Here's something from me to ALL the god damn Twins :fyou , they either always had or have b**** players. I hated Hawkins, Pierzynski and I hate Hunter. I hate all of them but that is some bulls***. Even though Hunter needs something to come at him the best way to piss them off is to just shatter them the next couple games.

What is the tool that everyone uses that makes the picture of someone into a background? An example of it would be on aboz sig with Mark Buehrle. Also, what other tools do you like to use that make sigs look real good?
