is the sound f***ed for everyone else? I'm picking up a lot of interference from Hawk and DJ's mics on the comcast feed...
Sox fans always have to complain about something... :headshake

Thanks Kanye.
It has. He donated then. He's also involved in another benefit concert this weekend. At least he's doing something.

Agreed, most teams don't have 5 decent starters...or even 3. Right now the Sox have 6. Plus they have 2 good closers (Jenks would have looked better if Iguchi makes that play) and a few setup men. Speaking of Jenks, he made Ramirez look silly in the ninth. That was a special moment.
Welcome to SoxTalk!

That Crede slide was from a Cub-Sox game.
Either way, the banner and it's maker rule~!
And so does the maker of the sig of the banner maker.

After nearly 5 months of wondering what the hell was wrong with Uribe, he finally looks to be putting it together. Juan's hitting a sizzling .500, 14 for 28, in his last 7 games. I don't think it's any coincidence that the offense has been much better since he's been hitting. A hot Uribe at the bottom of the order will be so huge down the stretch and into the playoffs.
I'm looking forward to this. Juan was a blast to watch play last summer when he was just raking it; he could really carry a team, when he was on. It's pretty nice to see Juan's starting to turn it on when the season's starting to get more serious.

I've seen the same threads over the past couple of days. Seems like with the Sox on a roll and getting ever closer to a division title things would be jumpin' around here. But with the exception of the game thread and "thats another White Sox winner" few new topics have been posted recently.
I know the admins wanted to make it easier for people to start threads without having to be personally lambasted with the new policy , but it seems to have had the opposite effect. Is it just my imagination runnin' away with me or is Soxtalk on red alert and running scared when we should be in the most giddy and enthusiastic state ever ?
It's because we're winning. Just wait for a loss. We'll have more threads.
