I might want one in the future, and I certainly don't want to be a bother w/ the waiting list you have to take care of now. I just want to say you're the man at making these things though. I'm surprised Homestar Runner hasn't recruited you.
Exactly! I love this deal, because we're definitely making out better in this. I always thought if there was a deal to come around of equal or better value of Mags, I say sign on it.
If people want to get rid of Frank, because of what goes on in the clubhouse...That's one thing, but why do you think this would make us better?
Perez has done the same thing to the LA clubhouse, I remember Lo Duca called him out on something like this last season.
After reading the article...I saw something on the Chisox's homepage that they improved the history section on their site, and that they did. It's definitely something to check out.....ChiSox.com--History
The Konerko-Odalis trade did look attractive back in December, but I was just wanted to see some kind of movement. I would absolutely hate to see Frank go; it's such a rarity to see anyone play their whole career in one place. I just don't see Perez bettering the club much. Though we'd free up salary w/ Frank leaving, what good is it going to do for us? You know Mags is gone after 2004.
Great post. We really won't be bad at all next year. I agree on about everything you said except for Bracey. Bracey is our MVP, but he's not ready to be considered a pro. I see him coming back, at the least for his junior year and POSSIBLY his senior year.
Ah BTW...I'm in town, where Hardy plays. He's 17 points away from the city season scoring record, and we're only in early Feb! Also, he's 6'7''.
Exactly...and Thomas has that mark of being the only player in the history of the game to hit .300 w/ 20+ HRs, 100 RBIs, 100 Runs, and 100 BBs in 7 straight seasons.
Agreed, I think State will have more expected from them. I do think the Hoosiers will have a hell of a season though. I think the Big Ten will be back next year.
That's 3, but who's counting?
Anyways....You quickly forget that IU's not really out of it yet; as you have said many times, the Big Ten is down. We could still even win the reg season, and we could also get in if we win the Big Ten tourney.
