Michael Vick Accepts Plea Deal Per ESPN
santo=dorf replied to NorthSideSox72's topic in Alex’s Olde Tyme Sports Pub
Here's one for beastly: -
كل سنة و انت طيب

Let's see. Check to see if there's an address on the check Check to see if it's a local bank Check to see if there's a listed phone number Open up the phone book to see if number is listed Ask customer for Driver's license Write down license number on check Run check through scanning thing to make sure it's a valid check Explain to customer that the register is not an ATM and cannot write for an ammount higher than what is being shown on the register. But, Critic seems that is just as fast as using a credit or debit card. and I just reported you for violating the language filter.

Screw the catch all thread, this deserves its own

Of course since they were on the road, Michael Young didn't knock in a run. He hasn't homered yet away from the bandbox in Arlington this year. -
Littleton got the save in the 9th protecting the 27 run lead!

Complete bulls***. Prove that Thome is unclutch Prove that the 2005 White Sox won the World Series and the 2006 didn't because of chemistry, not because of pitching.
-
Yet somehow he brought back Crede, Pods, Cintron (elbow surgery late last year,) provided no back up for Thome and of course, signed Darin Erstad. KW isn't quite the Dookie Howser just yet.
-
yeah I think so. The sox would pretty much be getting a free rehab session with the Phils this season.
-
Oh, so that's what people don't know about Nick Masset.

QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Aug 20, 2007 -> 02:06 PM) Two completely random questions: -When a police officer pulls you over, what rights does a cop have as far as searching your car? Do they have to have some "reasonable suspicion" or are they alowed to just go through your car? -Any good ideas on how to shrink a t-shirt? The shirt is 100% cotton, and I don't need to shrink it that much -- it's a medium and I'm sort of right in-between a men's small and a medium. Right wing nuts jobs, please turn away.

Hall and AJ are nowhere near one of the best tandems in the league, and I just wonder how much Brian "progressed" with all of his 17 at-bats.
-
He himself says his shoulder started bothering him in Spring Training. Why would it matter to him when he claims it happened? Didn't he just have forearm tightness while with the Sox?
-
It's like watching a sitcom. People were clapping after "I've got a boner!"
-
Who cares who replaces the 200 innings? Sell well when you have the chance. The last thing we need for next season is to slump into the trade deadline while Garland has a knot in his shoulder putting up a typical 4.50+ ERA and end up with some more 26 year old A-ballers.
-
I know he must be going through some hard times, but can't we please just release Cintron already? It's his third time on the breavement list and we won't need him in September. He's guaranteed the money either way. I just want him to be removed from Ozzie's toybox
-
Freddy's injury was new and Brandon doesn't fit the "veteran" status just yet.
-
You can't trade Garland because he's a winner. Look at how many games he won from 2005-2006. I think more than Halladay or Carpenter. Yeah he sure got robbed in the Esteban Loaiza deal. Same with Sirotka

buy used from sellers on amazon.com ebay I had two international editions of textbooks (text was english) but since they were soft covered they cost less If you are assigned a novel, rent it from the local library. ...and once you make some friends borrow books from them. I bought my buddy a 12 pack of Corona Light (hey, that's what he wanted) to use his signal processing book for a semester. Hell Tex, you could charge the underclassmen to be the "hookup" and pay off your books in one weekend.

All the cool kids in college do.
-
His slugging is way down. More importantly, he's been awful against right handers: .236/.349/.398/.747 He has more than three times as many atbats against right handers than left handers so I would say that's not very good.

Now how good of a deal does this look? B) -

ERA for middle relievers mean next to dilly. They don't always start the inning, especially for situational relievers like Myers. Look at Buckvich today in the third inning. he didn't give up any earned runs. -

It should be noted that there is an option for next year. I was wondering why Rotoworld was calling it a one year deal. -

Let me be the first to say, low risk-high reward. Not because I feel that way, I'm just sick of that damn phrase on this board. BTW, JenksForPrez45's source credibility just went up by 10 points -
How so? We're a last place team with a crappy outfield. Before this signing we had nothing locked up for the 2008 outfield. Except for Aaron Rowand
