And how a selfish personality can disrupt, or at least distract, a clubhouse. I don't know if Frank's a bad guy, but an underachieving team doesn't need self-centered stars. We don't need another mental midget on this team. Most of his sucess was coming out of the bullpen in the National league. He's been horrible as a starter (6.17 ERA,) and was sent down to Pawtuckett this year, and was left off last year's playoff roster. He also signed a two year 10 million dollar deal.
