Maybe they think if they keep posting it, it'll be bound to be true. SEATTLE DIDN'T WANT BORCHARD!!!!

Exactly. I hate watching these young pitchers come in. It's so depressing. THIS IS OUR FUTURE?!?!?

October Rocks!!!
I'm a perv......It's Victoria Givens. (didn't have to open the link) At least I know I'm not the only checking out her group page at Yahoo. Right Cheat?

Corey Koskie
Is it confirmed that Smoltz will be going back to the rotation next year? Is Paul Byrd a FA too?

What kind of food are you currently addicted to?
It's "99 cent." No decimal point. I really hate it when people do that s***. It says something about our schools. As for the topic, I love Lay's potato chips.

Sox DH
I thought he was managing in Japan.

Marlins-Expos may play at the Cell
Yeah, and this year he was so good Frank Robinson told him to take he and his 7+ ERA to middle relief. He has been pitching fairly well since moving to the rotation.

Fan ran onto field during Seattle series
Don't you remember the delay? Cubs fans and a twins troll were spamming the mlb boards with this story. On the same night, a Red Sox fan ran across the field in Boston. Where's ESPN's coverage on that?

9/9 Game thread
You think Texas would give up Mench for Garland next year?
-
9/9 Game thread
That's right Crede, increase that trade value as high as possible. Now if we could just get Garland to throw a couple of no-hitters.

Marlins-Expos may play at the Cell
Rocky Biddle might pitch.

Kansas City 17 Detroit 2
The 2003 Sox, of all teams, scored 19 runs without a home run in a game against KC in the last series of the season.

Lineups You want to see
No it isn't. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/teams/salaries?team=chw So far our payroll for this year is 68,262,500, but that figure doesn't include the money we are getting from the Expos, Seattle or the Yankees, and for some reason ESPN has included Jerry Hairston's and Donnie Sadler's salaries. Taking off Jose's, Maggs', Davis', Koch's, Everett's, Sadler's, Hairston's, Schoeneweis' and 2 million for Contreras, we have a payroll of 39,087,500. And you think we already spent 20 million for next year? :dips***
-
Lineups You want to see
Joe Crediocre doesn't play at the major league level, and deal Judy for some talent. And you don't want to spend any of the 20 million that'll free up from Jose, Maggs, and Koch's contracts? :dips***
-
Lineups You want to see
Well if we're going to dump all of the trash, add Judy Garland and Joe Crediocre to that list.

Harold Reynolds
Tony Pena guaranteed it .

Lineups You want to see
So are you suggesting that KW sit on his hands this winter and roll out the same underachieving team for 2005?

Serena Williams US Open WTF?
Maybe. That other thread got hijacked. With the picture I posted, i was talking about her hand gesture. Not the color of her skin. Oh well.
-
Shingo Takatsu
Even more impressive was him coming in the 8th striking out the tying run at the plate with THE FRISBEE!!!!
-
Lineups You want to see
This thread is ridiculous. Does anyone know if Troy Glaus is going to re-sign with the Angels? We have to find a taker for Joe Crediocre.

Twista in van wreck in PA
My roommate from last year said his friends bought pot off him back in High School when he was dealing. He went by the name "Tongue Twista."

Serena Williams US Open WTF?
Serena is very attractive for an athlete chick. I don't dig the muscles either.

Twista in van wreck in PA
"slow jamz," he is the fastest rapper according to the Guinness book of world records, from the South Side, a SOX fan, and I believe he threw out the first pitch recently.
