Yeah, people say they "lose" money playing poker, but they are really just spending it on poker instead of whatever the alternative would be. I don't agree on the $50-$100 though just because I don't have that kind of money working for just above minimum wage. I never bring more than $20 with me to poker, just so I don't "lose" too much.

I've had mine since 2001 and haven't had any problems. But now my sister borrowed it to watch a DVD and lost the cord that connects the PS2 to the tv and now I can't play it or watch my dvds.

Well it is illegal for me I guess since I'm not 21. (I think the legal age in a few states, like Michigan is 18, but I'm not sure. I just know my cousins from Michigan are 18 and go to the casinos) I don't see why it is illegal though. It is my earned money from work and I can do whatever I want with it. It's a great time and me and my friends play at least once a week (twice this weekend) and during school.

If you watch a High School or college game, you will see just about everyone go for every ball almost as hard as that. The pros are so lazy and just care about money these days.

I'm mad at poker right now. Lost $20 more tonight....

It's done the same thing to me. I've had to take naps like an old man before work these past few days, come home and watch the games from 8 o'clock on. Homework has taken a back seat.

I had just got home and as soon as the game ended my friend called me and rubbed it in. I guess it was payback for when I called him after the Packers lost the Super Bowl a few years before that and demanded my $20 that we had bet.

I need my room to be cold so I can put a blanket over me. I love the feel of a chilly blanket and pillow. I also sleep on the same side of the bed (it's a queen mattress) and have to have my head facing to the left.

WOW. I had no idea the Chicago news got a hold of this. I go to Valparaiso High School and knew the kid. The kid who died did not commit suicide, let's get that straight. It was an accidental death and I can't give more details. The boy who passed on was in two of my classes and his friend who supplied the gun was in one of the classes with us. My school has been a lot different since all this happened.

I'm not really sure. We have some good incoming freshman but it's always hard to tell. I will be watching extra close this year cuz I know all the players now cuz they come in to eat at the Union where I work and they're always friendly. It should be a good year, Kenny Harris is my player to watch. He looks really good this year, hopefully he can live up to the hype.

I didn't say he fumbles every game. He does fumble in a lot of crucial situations though.

Actually, right now I'd take Thomas Jones over Green. Ahman seems to be on a downward spiral and Jones is still young and his stock could be rising a little bit.
