SI puts the flames #1. I know it means nothing but I like it -
Doug Brien is the Bears kicker? Jesus, why would anyone do that to themselves.
-
Anyone who watched him walk about 8 people in 5 innings in Oakland has no reason to apologize. It ruined my whole friday night. It was painful to watch.

QUOTE(Heads22 @ Sep 23, 2005 -> 11:39 AM) I have a tough time seeing why the Big Ten is tied with the Big East.... Because a great deal of the population is not intelligent. -

Miami kicked the s*** out of Denver, FYI. -
QUOTE(Pauly8509CWS @ Sep 14, 2005 -> 11:20 PM) NHL 06 has the stick flex graphics too, which is really cool to a hockey player. The game play is alot less choppy IMO. You've got to be kidding me. The players in EA's hockey look like they're walking on ice instead of actually skating. The game is horrible.

Orton's rating was 52.8, I don't know why people are getting so excited. -

QUOTE(SnB @ Sep 12, 2005 -> 04:28 PM) ^ yeah, i wanted texas to win, but if they lossed, oh well look at that U of I education at work -
can you tell i forgot about this effin thing, miikka has two eyes and no superstars.

I said 10-6 Skins, I win
-
KFC is good but its so overpriced.

Remember when Orton fumbled against Wisconsin in the last seconds of the game while they were leading and the Badgers returned it for a touchdown, that was hilarious. Anyway both these teams are bad but the Skins are at home and they at least have a couple weapons on offense. I'll say 10-6 Washington.

QUOTE(Dam8610 @ Sep 10, 2005 -> 04:57 AM) So you're saying my preseason prediction doesn't look so bad now huh? No, it still looks bad.

QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Sep 9, 2005 -> 01:11 PM) Exactly the beauty of Moss is he gets the other WR's open because he demands so much attention. If they ran 3 WR plays with Moss, Porter, and Curry one of those 3 would of been open most of the time... instead a lot of times they only had 1 WR and like 2 max. ...Because the O-line couldn't block anybody so they had to keep more tight ends and running backs in all the time to chip.

QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Sep 5, 2005 -> 04:33 PM) I just thought we were going back to default. I did too, but for some reason the commish likes being obstinate. I would leave this league if we hadn't already drafted, it's going to be a mess once the season starts.

Saints consider two cities or season on road

QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Sep 5, 2005 -> 10:48 AM) Told you guys that they were thinking about playing at LSU. I think that's their pick. I certainly would do it. You certainly are clairvoyant. Wanna predict whether the sun rises tomorrow? -
That doesn't really solve anything though because QB's have 20-30 completions per game, RB's have 20-30 rushing attempts per game, recievers have what, 4-6 catches per game on average? With two flex positions all you need to do is start 2 RB's there and you basically have the week won. That's why we need to get rid of the stats for completions/rushes/receptions altogether. me = :banghead

It has to be Baton Rouge. -
QUOTE(knightni @ Sep 4, 2005 -> 02:16 PM) Akili Smith, Ryan Leaf, Andre Ware and David Klingler were all drafted higher than Brady, Favre, Brees and Delhomme. It's what you do when you get to the NFL, not where you get drafted. Yeah, except that you are taking extreme cases of each and trying to disarm my argument. Peyton Manning was drafted ahead of Ryan Leaf. BOOM, COUNTERPOINT. The point is that since neither has started an NFL game yet, all you can go on is evaluation of talent, and the evaluation is that Losman is better than Orton, and it is one I would tend to agree with.

QUOTE(DePloderer @ Sep 4, 2005 -> 11:29 AM) Here you go. I couldn't find a pic of Bollard that worked but I'm still working on it. If I manage to get one I'll edit this and re post it. I hope you like it. Maybe if you looked for Bullard instead of Bollard you'd have more success

QUOTE(kapkomet @ Sep 4, 2005 -> 03:46 PM) Look, I'm not saying that ya'll haven't done anything, but this political hackery and pointing fingers after meeting these people in the last two days, WHO f***ING CARES. It accomplishes nothing, and there are way too many of you eager to do it on here. STFU. That's about all I have to say about it. And yes, I was guilty of it, but that was before yesterday and today. Spend an hour with these people, and you discover nothing else matters. Has back-and-forth on this site ever accomplished anything? I never had any misgivings about the unimportance of a message board in the first place. It's just something to do.
