Yep...watched it on the IFC for like the 3rd time this month. Also watched don't be a menace that was pretty good too, the ending made the movie really good (Although it was a sad ending). It was just the whole flashbacks where it tied the movie up.

Alright, we both think its that, so I'm gonna guess it is that. Trying to figure out which episode the matlock was used in is like trying to remember an episode where Homer does something stupidly funny.

I rented that last year and was dumbfounded..and not in a good way..I was like..not another Muholland Dr.!!!My brain can't take more of this. But it was a good movie, I guess s***...did Mullholland Drive make sense to anyone? Only part I got out of the movie was the hot lesbian scene It didn't help that I fell asleep during the movie, but nothing made sense to me. Only part I got out of the movie was the hot lesbian scene . Ah s***, now that was KILLER!!! Damn straight. I remember watching the Ring at the movies and I was like damn she's hot...then my friend is like oooh you should see Mullholland drive, has an awesome scene. I also knew it was supposed to be a good movie. Everyone who saw it that night had no f***ing clue what the movie was about.

2 out of 50 ain't bad Is that also the Simpsons where Jasper steals Matlocks heart medication? Or is that another Matlock related episode? To be honest I couldn't tell ya. I was thinking maybe it was the one where they build the matlock express way and the Simpson house is blocking it and Abe is like first in line.

It's hard enough for me to actually drive on Mullholand Drive. I don't know if I could see the movie too If you ask me...save the lesbian scene it is one of the worse movies I ever saw. Another movie that absolutely blew was natural born killers, that was weird. Crazy Kalifornia, which was basically the same movie was done a lot better in my mind.

Oh the actual execution of the movie I liked, it moved along at a good pace and explored a lot of different scenarios. But Sutherland's character was a f***, flat out. He did not achieve the sort of Robin Hood public defender type character he was apparently going for, in my mind. Think..he only killed a common thief, a porn director or whatever he was and a pimp. He never murdered the innocent. I do agree though, the guy was a f***..but I think you have to look at it as he was never going to do some of the things he said he was, he just wanted the guy to finally change his mindset and to do that he had to scare him straight.

Faith No More is good. Its about the only band along with QOS that I agree with ya on Oh ya, I just have to say this, looked over at my tv and Matlock is on. It just reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Abe is just yelling Maaatloock. Dont' ask me why.

Still, if you want a movie that doesn't lack depth then see American History X (if you haven't seen it already). Freaking awesome movie.

I saw Phone Booth last night, and it was alright but it seemed kind of empty. When he was promoting it, Sutherland said he was supposed to be the good guy, but I like Farrell's character a lot better (as I'm assuming most people did). But what is the movie's message supposed to be? Don't lie, or some psycho will threaten you? It's alright to f*** with other people cause they want to cheat on their wives? I dunno, maybe I'm overanalyzing but it just seemed like it lacked depth. And I couldn't stand the way Sutherland talked and laughed. His lines sounded fake. I thought the ending was pretty cool. I think in a sense Sutherland was the good character and I thought it was a good film, simply because it takes some freaking talent to make a movie good whne a guy is in the phone booth the entire time. I liked Sutherlands part, but it was a good scene when Farrell finally opens his mouth.

This team will win tomororw and I forsee a sweep against the Royals, but the Sox need to play good baseball. I have no doubt if they do that they will go very far.

f***...I tried renting that tonight, the blockbuster by my house is out of it. The movie broke and they are ordering another one or something. Ended up renting Phone Booth. I expected it to be lame, but as usual with movies I thought were lame, my friends ended up being right. Don't ask me how a movie where a guy is in the phone booth the entire time can be good, but it is good and there are some pretty funny parts, like when he talks to the cop at the beginning.

I'm straight edge Meaning never done or tried crap.

Sox may of loss, but they showed spunk in this game and they've shown more and more spunk every week later in games. The offense is definately coming around and while they are hitting homers, I see them moving guys over much better and they aren't swinging for the long ball like they once were. The team still has holes, but I think a lot of them will get worked out, although another starter/reliever would be very nice.

Here's a question, do you like the taste of wine? Personally I can't touch the stuff, just like I can't touch coffee, both taste like absolute crap to me. I've only had wine a few times, it was alright, a little strong and bitter. Champagne is the same way, I don't really think I could take a lot of champagne. Coffee I like though, that was an acquired taste but now I love it. I don't like coffee..although i haven't drank enough to acquire the taste so........ I can only drink tea.

I just had that one night where I was absolutely piss drunk on New Years. I heaved all over my friends bathroom. Luckily I was able to make it to the bathroom, but I forgot to lift the lid of the throne. Lets just say the next morning I was cleaning for a while. I also denied throwing up cause I didn't even know I did. I didn't even freaking remember that night past a certain point, I only remembered a few times where I was telling my buddies that I wasn't drunk and I"d try to explain them why I wasn't. My friends said my comments were the greatest things ever cause I was saying I didn't puke for like half an hour, and then all of a sudden I was like maybe I did and they were like ya you did and I was like oh ya. It was an ugly night....no fun at all. Since then I just stick to watching other people act like asses when they are hammered. I was the ass once and once is enough for me.

That kind of sucks if he doesn't race. He has a shot to be the first to win 6 in a row next year.

One thing about Phoenix is, that they weather there is awesome almost th entire year until summer. But they only have a dry heat..and I think an Iowa summer or a Chicago summer are much worse because of that damn humidity. BUt I can't stand the super hot weather. I was sweating my ass off at the Angel game today and it was only 95, but damn I was down cup after cup of water (never had to piss though; thats the benefit of heat, you sweat it all out so you don't miss the game)

Well when I run in the morning then I'm wide awake most of the day.

I remember at a party once a friend of mine had a cheap-ass bottle of wine (I think he said it was like $7 for like a gallon) and it had a really good taste to it... Very Gatorade-y (I forget what kind it was). Then, my ma busts out the nice s*** for Thanksgiving, I took a sip and nearly spit it out all over my grandma it was so nasty. Maybe I'm just weird. My dad tells me trader joes is supposed to have really good wine for 2 bucks. Everytime I try wine I can stand a few sips and then I just go damn, I'd rather have some Apple Juice or something. If I'm gonna drink hard stuff I prefer the mixed drinks. Taste way better and I don't care if they are woosy. I love cranberry juice or like cranrasberry juice so I'll mix basically anything with that. Also screwdrivers are good. Rum and Coke isn't bad either. I still prefer Miller Lite or Coors Lite. I hear Newcastle is a good beer, but I'm to cheap to pay that much for a beer when an 18 pack of Coors or Miller is 9.99. I'm interested in hearing people's worse drunk stories and all the stupid s*** they've done. I'm sure we've all done some really stupid things while hammered.
