She definately can't sing. Stupid Stupid songs...just cause she's an Ozborne she gets all this fame. I mean we know people made an excuse for Brittney Spears because of the body, but I could care less about a name. Oh wait...I forgot they are both talented talented singers.

Well..if any team could take on Tatis's salary it would be the Yanks, but does George really want to add more salary. In all honesty, I don't think the Yanks are involved, they are just throwing rumors out there to piss off the Red Sox and make sure he don't go there. George will drop out if its just the White Sox.

Well the guy that brought over from the Angels organization (Bob Fontaine?) is doing an awesome job. I here many say he was the guy who built the Angels farm system, which is one of the best in the majors as well.

Well if we get Colon, why would we need the Yanks...oh wait, could it be for them to take on some sort of salary. Yanks get there left fielder in Lee (I thought they'd be happy with Matsui, Mondesi/White, and Williams, but some say they need a leftfielder), Expos take on a bit of salary, Sox get Colon, and Yanks/Expos get some other guys? I dunno...I'm tired and speculating

I definately think he's going to be demoted to his old position if this season is a flop. If this seasons a flop, I see JR cleaning house and going with a different philosphy where he actually spends a bit and brings in real quality baseball guys as manager and gm, and actually spends a bit on the team, cleaning up his image. Hey, I can wish!!!!!!!!

The flaw is Pettite makes just as much if not more then Colon. Of course I am worried that he weighs 271 lbs cause thats way overweight for a pitcher. It puts too much pressure on his back.

The only thing that would make sense to me is a deal that moves Vazquez to the Sox, Pettite to the Sox and Colon to the Yanks. The Expos cut salary...Yanks get Colon and have a guy thats a free agent at the end of the year, while the Sox get one guy who makes money (Yanks pay for part) and then a quality younger pitcher. Just throwing it out there. Plus, if we took on Pettite, it wouldn't cost near as much players wise.

Almost all GM's would be given a couple years to see what they could do. Also, every gm, if given the chance, will make many many terrible moves..the key is outweighing them by the bad ones. KW just doesn't have the payroll to cover up the bad ones, so he has to be basically perfect for the Sox to go far. They don't have the option to offer a ton of contracts, like so many other teams.

No...nothing is imminent...although a deal will be done by the end of the week..who it involves I dunno. Thats not saying it will be the White Sox for sure either.

Anyways, I'd have those two battle for a spot....and then whoever wins it out of ST is the #5 starter, and the other is a swing man. That way Diaz and all the other important ones stay in the minors. As for becoming a GM someday....what? You didn't ask me that? am i the only one who thinks that wright may be a little better than garland? Nope...I'm a huge Wright fan. I think they are two completely different pitchers, but Wright has the stuff and build to become a real ace. Most dont' talk about him, but I like him quite a bit. He was very impressive last year as well. Remember, he doesn't have near as much experience at the major league level as Garland.

Two years until he would become a free agent, so we'd have him this year, and then the next.

The thing is we would still have Rauch, Honel, Diaz, Wright, Garland, Buerhle, Heath Phillips, Ryan Wing, etc.

I'd add Brian West to the deal making it Malone, Stewart, Biddle, Paul, Liefer, and West. They'd get 4 starting pitchers. West and Malone aren't ready, while Stewart and Biddle could step in. Paul and Liefer could play immediately as well. The Sox woudl get Bergeron, Vazquez and Colon and have a rotation of Colon, Buerhle, Vazquez, Garland, Wright with Rauch starting the season off in AAA as a great backup plan and future ace.

One comment...I hope one day that bozo in the Sox office has all the rings that the bozo in the Bulls office has Seriously though...Williams ain't as horrible as everyone says and he's probably not as great as I make him out to be (Not that I say he's the best gm out there)

I think the Sox would be better off if Colon went on a hunger strike till he was traded. Lol...and if he eats any Hot Pockets...they better be Lean Pockets.
