Might be a bit too personal to put on here, but what the hell, the dude (and dudette) deserve(s) it. HAPPY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY to Southsider and Mrs. Southsider. The goaltender on the Fort Wayne team at the time was in the NHL for a few years - or at least in the camps (he has his name on the Cup from when he was in Pittsburgh). He was affiliated with St. Louis for a while. He said that when he was a goaltender, he worried about two people's slapshot. #1 - Al McGinnis and a close #2 - Andre Roy He said the basic difference is Roy has little control of his shot when he shoots that hard, which makes it almost scarier because you didn't know where it was going.

By the way, Hordichuk is one of the best at that. Go see his website. His first shift on the ice as an NHL'er was abosolutely fantastic, he levels a guy, and not by fighting. That's partly why he's sticking in the NHL.

She was stupid, and she paid the ultimate price, so why is that worthy of "you're a dumb b****, f*** off" treatment? The only reason you'd say that is because the media has exploited her, to the point you feel that way, IMO.

You know why this is? Because they largely already hold the patents on this technology and have been sitting on it for God knows how long. These assholes in the oil business have had this technology for a long time, but they have kept it locked away for their big ass record profits. Yea, Bush is behind that too. :rolly
