Seems to me that a lot of O'Reilly's crap is observational sarcasm. "Oh look, I'm here in this black restaurant and everyone's not a gang-banger or curses like Ludacris." "Everyone's 'normal' like white people." People always look for ways to barbecue those that they disagree with.
