  1. QUOTE(Kid Gleason @ Oct 17, 2005 -> 12:09 PM) I used mine on prom night. Problem is it was used to make a balloon animal. Wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't one of those "spermicidal" ones. Yuck. ... :headshake
  2. QUOTE(Steff @ Oct 17, 2005 -> 11:50 AM) Duh... I'm exhausted today. haha i gotcha. yeah im kinda tired too, couldnt sleep at all last night
  3. QUOTE(Steff @ Oct 17, 2005 -> 11:47 AM) LMAO... It's got nothing to do with how much of a fan anyone is. I know for a fact that there's about, ohhh, a dozen kids here that would rather burn their tickets than sell them to me for $10,000 each... that was... kinda my point...
  4. QUOTE(Steff @ Oct 17, 2005 -> 11:42 AM) And just a thought.. if you are fortunate enough to get extras.. it would probably be best to handle the transactions privately. There's going to be folks who don't get in.. and the last thing someone with extras wants is someone on here who thinks they are your "good buddy" and feels a right to one of your extras. If you get extras I'm sure most of you know exactly who you would, and wouldn't, offer them to. the fact that that's even an issue really sucks cuz anyone on this board (with the exception of maybe SoxRock ) is a big enough fan to deserve tix - but thats not the way the system works unfortunately.
  5. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Oct 17, 2005 -> 11:40 AM) Ya reddy, don't open multiple broswers, if you do it'll kick you out of line saying you can only have one browser open. really my dad had it working for him... huh ok i wont, dont wanna risk anything
  6. hey guys i've got a plan. theres a computer lab in my dorm that i'm gonna bring my laptop down to. I'll steal about 2-4 computers and have them and my laptop all going at once - each with 2 browsers so thats what, 6-10 chances to get through? i might even snag more computers if no ones there.... in any case, i've got my credit card, and my dad would give me his no. so i may with a best case scenario (which means it wont happen but we have to dream right?) is that i get 8 tickets, meaning i wouldnt need them all and i could spread the wealth this is all a big IF of course but it's my plan.
  7. if anyone wants to sleep on the floor of a dorm room i've got one!!! lol... ...
  8. QUOTE(qwerty @ Oct 17, 2005 -> 12:25 AM) The broadcasting was pretty damn fair to both teams if you ask me. How many more compiments do they have to give the sox before people will be satisfied? damn you for still being level headed right now! i know you're right i'm just beyond psyched and s*** just comes out of the mouth (hands) ya know?
  9. QUOTE(Jordan4life_2005 @ Oct 17, 2005 -> 12:23 AM) That was the most devestating display of dominant pitching I've ever seen. This staff will go down as one of the best ever. certainly the best sox staff ever - good lord this has been one of the coolest things i've ever watched in my life.

QUOTE(Be Good @ Oct 16, 2005 -> 11:32 PM) Are you kidding me this is happening so fast my god this is incredible. I now know why 10+ years ago I picked the ChiSox as my favorite team. I did at 9 or 10 years old, I've only suffered for 10 years, its doesn't compare to many other Sox fans. But this is well worth it..... im in your boat as well my friend but i'm f***in stoked!!!!!!!

  22. QUOTE(illinilaw08 @ Oct 16, 2005 -> 03:28 PM) Win it for Frank, Hawk, Harold Baines and everyone else that has been a loyal member of the organization through good times and bad. And win it for all the long suffering White Sox fans who have stood by this team for the past 88 years. And win it for me because God only knows my schoolwork has suffered because of this team . AMEN i hear ya on that one!
  23. per rotoworld Paul Konerko - 1B - White Sox General Manager Ken Williams said Saturday that resigning Paul Konerko this offseason is the White Sox No. 1 priority. Konerko hit 40 homers with 100 RBI this season and remains one of the top free agents available. "For whatever reason, if it doesn't happen and he's playing in New York or Anaheim or whatever, he's still going to be a White Sox, part of the family," Williams said. "I told Paul that I could see him one day sitting in Ozzie's (Guillen) chair or my chair. I think that much of him." Oct. 16 - 8:55 am et Source: Arizona Republic i think we'll see paulie back.
  24. win it for everyone who has ever TRULY loved the sox. win it for no. 35
