No doubt If you can get Peavy sure im all for that. Im just saying Fields would stick at the hot corner for most teams but when you have a player like Crede who has always been great with the glove and now his bat has come along a course Fields would move to the OF for him. Also ill say it again... Fields makes a lot of great plays at the 3B position but he also still makes some silly errors. Part of the reason of him being so bad to start off with was back at college he was a 2 sport athlete. Ever since being drafted his defense has improved tenfold.

dont sell us 2 short. We still will have the highest payroll to work with in the AL Central and that will always keep us in it. Especially if we reload our team with some young guys this off-season and shed some of the bigger contracts.(Garcia, one of Vazquez/Count) We just have to spend money wisely and we will be alright.

I watched a lot of Voyager stopped towards the end of it. And I saw the last 2 seasons maybe of the one b4 Voyager but other than that nada.

Well lets no condemn Broadway for being nothing but a 4-5th pitcher until we actually seen him in the bigs....And until the Twins release some kind of moneyball book we dont know what they value in prospects and how they always find studs. Actually havent they been pretty bad drafting in the first round though besides Matt Garza?

Jackie you havent read anything about Fields this season have you? He has improved greatly at the hot corner.... dont get me wrong he is no Joe Crede but he is definitely a good 3B or will be. Also I think we would pay a sizable of Garcia's contract and maybe throw an addin like Phillips.

I personally dont like this team.... I love the whitesox and I love a lot of the players but i hate the team. Ill root my ass off for them and I expect to make playoffs and atleast make some noice but with how this team has played all season if we fall short of any of that I dont know how dissapointed ill be.

personally id trade both Contreras and Garcia. Vazquez to me can still be fixed and I think next season we will get the benefits from hanging with him this year. That way if we can get Peavy sure throw him in if not let the young guys fill out the rotation. No matter what route we go even if we keep the exact same 1-5 I think our rotation will be better next season.
