  1. Yeah February has totally sucked but March should be interesting with the WBC, March Madness, and be able to watch spring training games now.... Also I get a week off of school
  2. well Nook logan isnt good so he isnt much of a sleeper ... and Cano is a yankee which makes it impossible to be a sleeper.
  3. I think if I had to rate all 6 of them and using Benson's college career to judge him since he never really had a shot last season. Bush Brown Benson DeAngelo Carnell White I know some people wont like the list with Carnell being so low after he has proved the most so far but I just consider the ceilings higher on the other guys.... I think Bush and Brown both be elite RB's.
  4. How did WSJ get Chicago... we are doomed taking Jason Avant or whatevr 1st or 2nd round.
  5. QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ Feb 21, 2006 -> 07:15 AM) What is gained? How about what is lost by killing this filth? We lose one more scumbag piece of s*** who is nothing but a drain of our tax dollars and a waste of oxygen. Doesnt it cost just as much money to put a guy to death as life in prison does?
  6. Idonno about Orton I think the Bears organization knows he is nothing but a backup at best despite all the dumb homer fans who like him.... and while I like Grossman im getting sick waiting for him with all the injuries and Brees is better than a healthy Grossman anyways.
  7. I dont know but I think signing him.. than somehow trading up to get Vernon Davis which would be his new Antonio Gates would put us over the top... at least for next season I think we would definitely be the favorites in the NFC.
  8. Should the Bears go after him? He has shown to be a good QB his last 2 years proving he isnt a fluke is he the player that will put us over the top?
  9. or maybe your just a Kobe lover .... honestly I dont care that much but I still think Nick Van Axel, Eddie Jones, and Shaq could of won one because Shaq was just so dominant.
  10. Eh he didnt leave in a positive way but ill always appreciate what he did for us... If it was me Id prob go for the money too.
  11. Idonno I think are most dissapointing pitcher is going to be Garcia but since he is Ozzie's bud prob be the 2nd or 3rd starter.
  12. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Feb 20, 2006 -> 06:10 PM) Are 3 rings somehow taken away from shaq cause without that ball hogging guard he wouldn't have those rings (vice versa too). He might of had 1.... Kobe drove Nick Van Axel or whatevr out of LA too and him with Eddie Jones plus Shaq is a good team still.
  13. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Feb 20, 2006 -> 11:06 AM) The chances of Juan Gonzalez staying healthy are as great as me becoming the next President of the United States. And I remember some people actually thought Cleveland made a good move in signing him last season. Well not exactly... id say chances are maybe 20% he will stay healthy majority of season 80% he is an injured bum. While ever if u were the greatest man on earth you have 0% to be president
  14. QUOTE(samclemens @ Feb 19, 2006 -> 02:49 PM) In soviet russia, car drives you! Keep that crap in WSI it doesnt fly here!
  15. yeah 400-500 has to be the max they would be insane to sell it for 900.
  16. I hope either Baj or Tracey make the team.... Baj because he deserves his shot more than 5-10 innings and Tracey because from a lot of people it seems he can be dominant out of the pen.
  17. Zoom you really need to shorten your posts lol..... I can read a couple but every single one is sooo long
  18. QUOTE(Felix @ Feb 17, 2006 -> 02:18 AM) He's a fine reciever, and his abilities as a KR/PR are extremely underrated. He's also a valuable piece for any trick play, although its unlikely the Bears would run many of those. He is an avg. reciever a good number 3..... He is a good KR/PR though but I wouldnt say he is underrated in that regard he does get a lot of attention....Id say his biggest contribution on offense is the trick plays but we arent going to run nearly as many as Pittsburgh does.
  19. its still a little sad to see a man fall so far down from greatness so quickly.... not saying I'm a Sosa fan but still Idonno I feel a little bad for him and think a little worse of cubs fans.
  20. I just hope we dont overpay for him.... he isnt that great of a reciever....
  21. I like having a little room but 25-30 thousand is alright by me.. when you get up to the 35-37 range it becomes a bit crowded.
  22. Really came out strong to start the 2nd half Gordon made some pretty nice shots.
  23. Id love to give him a shot but I think he is done for his career.
  24. I think if given an everyday job while he might start a little slow Borchard will suprise a lot of people.....and I think if one of our OF's does get hurt Borchard would be the guy to go to over Mackowiak.... I like Mackowiak more as an IF guy who can fill in at the OF when need be.
