As an independant I'm just digesting the loss of freedoms and transfer to a dictatorship this represents. Their will be on election in 2008. It's really over. They have offically creating a king of America and it can't help but make me sick. Democracy is over and it's time to accept that Bush is our Furher now. I better start to keep my opinions quiet before they march us all to the death camps.

At least until Bush kills us all. Bush will be taking away our financial aid soon so we can no longer go to college without our parents help to help our invasion of some other country while Iran and Saudi Arabia plot against us. Bush will reinstate the draft. Bush will make it so he can be president until he dies. The 8 year rule is no more. So we had a choice between a dictator and war criminal or a lame duck president. We chose the war criminal. But aside from that everything is just peachy.

It's just so sad so many people voting to piss their future away. It's only a few more months now before we are all dead. Bush's weaknesses on terrorism will be exposed for all to see and it's so sad we as a people will find out just a little too late. You guys just don't get it. We can't afford to take on all of Johnson's contract and still remain competitive which is what we will have to do. Garland will win us at least 12 games for 3 Mil and a free agent could get us 15 wins at half the cost. What your really doing is giving away Garland in order to replace him with Grilli and dooming us to 3rd place for the next 2 years. Especially if Johnson get hurts then we are really screwed.

Why in the hell would we trade Garland! Garland will get 12 wins at least next year and we could sign a cheaper pitcher to replace the 15 wins Johnson would get us. If we do this deal however we end up with a 15 game winner in Johnson and a 2-5 game winner in Jason Grilli. No deal. I'd rather have Lowe or anyone else. No on Johnson.

Safe sex has to be tought. Abstinance is a nice idea but to be realistic i'd bet most of us on this board aren't married and we're not virgins. It's nice to think that we can tell people to abstain but we need to teach them to be safe when they do have sex.

I just pray to god that KW has put any thought of Joe Borchard being on the team in 05' out of his mind. I won't totally give up on Crede because at least he was decent at the major league level once and he just regressed. The fact is Borchard hasn't done anything and it's looking like he never will. By the time Borchard might be decent enough to be a major league player both Sweeney and Anderson will be more then ready. Time for him to do like that yankee dude and try out for an NFL team.

Anyone else think family guy got funnier during season three when they gave Quagmire more to do. I mean I seem to notice he does alot more in season 3 then in season 1 or 2.
