QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ May 19, 2005 -> 08:58 PM) Nope, it's actually real. They got a final workprint copy(VHS/DVD quality except running time in big numbers at the top. Anyways, I know this is real. Chappelle Show Season 2 DVD is also lurking out there from what I hear. http://www.cinematical.com/2005/05/17/epis...torrent-update/

QUOTE(kapkomet @ May 19, 2005 -> 01:35 PM) Just saw an article about it being on bittorrent already. That was fast. It's fake.

QUOTE(LauraJ14 @ May 19, 2005 -> 05:26 PM) No it's not. Like teams don't know he's a pull hitter. I think people are forgetting that during the past week he moved a runner over by hitting the ball the other way and has done that a lot in his career as a Sox hitter. You are crazy. Teams don't have scouting reports on players and watch videos of them. They would have never found that out without konerko's help. He is a jackass.

QUOTE(mreye @ May 19, 2005 -> 09:59 AM) I hope only one goes. The ASG is a bunch of crap. I'd rather the guys get their rest. Remember what happened to PK afew years ago after the All Star break? That is because he was in the home run derby and it can supposedly throw off your swing.

QUOTE(Dam8610 @ May 18, 2005 -> 10:36 PM) Some people are posting pics of softball players and no one has pulled a pic of Jennie Finch yet? Apparently they are into fat ugly chicks?

QUOTE(doUrememberwhen @ May 18, 2005 -> 10:01 PM) I never thought I'd be saying this(at least after 2004), but I really hope Joe Borchard gets the call up He surely deserves it.

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ May 18, 2005 -> 03:18 PM) Paulie is 3 for 4 today, Dye has 3 doubles. Each of them has raised their batting average 30 points. The world is ending tonight. 30 points? -

QUOTE(jackie hayes @ May 18, 2005 -> 02:49 PM) Nuts. I thought the O's broadcasters were saying something about this when Brian Roberts was hitting against us. Thanks for setting me straight. No, that was in a double header. The record is four. -

QUOTE(jackie hayes @ May 18, 2005 -> 02:42 PM) Isn't 4 the ML record for doubles in a game, or am I off on that? Ya, about a million players have done it. -

QUOTE(Steff @ May 18, 2005 -> 02:38 PM) qwerty.. what's wrong..? Home runs are fine and dandy but how about some hits with men on? Under .200 ( with men in scoring position too) is not acceptable for anyone no matter how far or how many home runs they hit. I am just not gonna get excited over a home run when he is hitting as poorly as he is. String some damn hits together. -
Dye 3-3 with three doubles and a diving catch.

QUOTE(SoxFan562004 @ May 18, 2005 -> 12:13 AM) I'm not sure if Millar fits this, but I know during the strike of '94 there were a few players who were going to be replacement players, and they're not in the union, so there are a few MLB players still not appearing in the games Yes, he is one of them. -
QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ May 17, 2005 -> 10:32 PM) 2 things: 1. If you read my post, you'll notice I said I expect him to improve enough to start sometime before, and near, the All-Star Break. 2. EVERY SINGLE PLAYER IN THE NBA WANTS TO START AND PLAY SIGNIFICANT MINTUTES. He made those statements because he was being a team player. I don't think we used that high of a draft pick for a 6th man, and I think that a goal of his, along with almost every other NBA player, especially with his potential, is to start. Sure and i still don't think he will make vast enough improvements to start by then. I expect him to improve slightly this year. But to improve enough other than scoring? I don't think so but i hope you right. He is, in my opinion garbage outside of shooting. I know few will probally agree but that's how it is. Curry is a better overall player than gordon by far. The actual reason he doesn't have much of a problem with starting is because at this stage his stamina is awful. Eddy curry has better stamina and that is no joke. 25 minutes and gordon is done for. If he wants to be a starter he will have to play around 32 and i don't think it will get that much better over one summer. That is a pretty drastic amount for anyone

QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ May 17, 2005 -> 10:13 PM) We would be fine with Kirk taking his low FG% and high assists back to his natural position, PG, and Ben starting before the All-Star break. I would imagine we could get Donyell, some sort of inexpensive guard, and say bye-bye to duhon, reiner, and griffin? That's my take, although I'll be the first to admit I pay very little attention to the salary cap and contract situations... I don't feel like arguing about it tonight but there are plenty of reasons for gordon to not be starting. He likes coming off the bench over starting at this point anyway ( he said it not me). He knows he has alot of things to work and plans on addressing them. But it would be foolish for us to think he will get that much better over one summer. Duhon will come back because of how good of a pass first point guard he is and his defensive prowess. I don't think i am going out on a limb saying he is our smartest player on the team am i? If we get lucky we will get him to except the lle. Reiner and lysol are probally both be gone even though i wouldn't mind lysol to stick around. Lysol>>> reiner at his best. Griffin will sign for chump change and is highly respected on the bulls, he is a captain afterall. He will sign for the veteran's minimum most likely. He is still a good role player and very good defender but can only play limited minutes due to his knees. Pargo should and will be resigned for practically nothing. What we need to do this off-season is sign two players that will take up the mle and as i said earlier in the thread bell and ruffin would do so. That might not sound great for short term success ( next year) but for the year after when we can sign a big name player and still have money left over it will be huge for our road to a championship. I would also expect us to resign nocioni after next year considering he likes it here, but we are gonna have to wait and see how he performs next year.

QUOTE(BuehrleTheAce @ May 17, 2005 -> 10:07 PM) I didn't think the green was needed - pretty obvious, right? Right? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller??? Thought so, but there has been enough stupid comments on here lately that you cannot be sure. Not implying you.

QUOTE(BuehrleTheAce @ May 17, 2005 -> 10:03 PM) Hmm, with 11000 posts and a dumbass reply like that, I'd say he's either a spammer or a troll, or both. My guess is the latter You cannot be serious.

QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ May 17, 2005 -> 09:54 PM) Since the article stated that they might be interested in Donyell, how would the team look with him? The article was just from the writer's point of view and what he thinks is gonna happen. Apparently he doesn't know what he bulls have to spend this off-season. Plain and simple if we sign marshall we won't have enough money for either harrington or duhon.
