I dont remember anyone questioning Robert's work ethic. Just the opposite. Everyone has said he has a great work ethic. He's just extremely quiet and there's the injuries.

I would love to extend Robert since we have 0 prospects in the outfield. 4/40 seems low. 4/60 seems high. Somewhere in between but theres also 0 chance Jerry pays anything near that anyways.

Schriffen and Plesac are a lot of fun together so I hope its them. That said, didn't Stone sign a multi-year deal this past offseason? Doubt its his last. Edit: he did. Stone aint going anywhere. We have no meaningful close outfield prospects and if we do need a spot, well, hopefully there are two other spots to draw from (and a dh spot for that matter). At 3-4ish million, he can help provide some line-up protection (no matter how minor) and leadership to the actual meaningful prospects thats worth more than a low A wildcard. Good to bring up Rojas because that is the usual value youll get at that same price. If they can get something decent, then yeah, deal him though.
