  1. Oh it's certainly debatable that he has sources. He has apparently never broken any story or broken any news before. I'm not really sure how that is an answer to help his credibility. We've seen him pull stunts for whatever reason before.
  2. What has he ever broken to give him credibility? He has no credibility.
  3. Lol schriffen is hilarious
  4. "The crux of Riordan’s argument was that he wouldn’t risk his credibility by reporting false information. " Lol, I assure you Shane that you are risking nothing.
  5. It sounds like the Sox did have it right though. Lambert decided to hear what he wanted to hear, unless I'm reading it wrong.
  6. Tbf some random comment on reddit isn't much proof of anything either.
  7. The Sox are usually pretty good for community outreach, if nothing else. This would surprise me.
  8. They are lazy though. There is no rushing someone back when they are constantly hurt anyways.
  9. Do we roster churn Pache
  10. Baseball reference lists it as a team option. 1.5 million buyout or 6 million to keep him. So 4.5 million extra to keep him. He's not worth that but you are basically starting the bullpen from scratch for next year. Edit: I do see it reported elsewhere as mutual so idk
  11. The waiver trade deadline ended yesterday so no reason to put those guys on waivers unless you're cutting them I think. Flexen, Lopez and Brebbia still have a few years of control so you can keep them. Well, at least Flexen should be kept around with the control he has, even if hes likely not a guy.
  12. It seems like he may profile better as a starter. Wonder if that is the Sox plan for him. But he's already seemingly way far behind in development.
  13. https://twitter.com/SoxOn35th/status/1818444373752766628?t=cMpVBNYGRbFCTMYFyg_1yg&s=09
  14. The right move. Now sign him.
  15. I had extremely low expectations for the return here. We somehow came in lower with a 22 year reliever in low A lol
  16. Does Adam Eaton round 1 count
  17. Chris Flexen could probably get you a prospect if Getz wasn't the GM.
  18. Came in and gave up a HR. Then the next batter he drilled a batter in the head with a 97 MPH fastball. Ejected. All time debut.
  19. Can he at least cheat like the guy who won this year
  20. The org*. Not grifol. Well maybe him too.
  21. Worst at the time, yes. Obviously there have been far worse trades with retrospect.
  22. I made that comparison a few years back but yeah lots of parallels to that trade that everyone knew was bad right away. It wasn't just Robertson, It was 3 quality MLBers in him, Frazier and Kahnle. The latter actually was the headliner.
  23. Still sounds like a s%*# trade. I say that as the biggest Kopech hater here. If he's just going to net you a single 19 year old litto ticket, well, he should be able to get that for you a year from now. 0 compensation for the time premium, don't do the trade.
  24. Reminds me of the Frazier/Kahnle/Robertson trade. That was the worst trade in Sox history at the time of it happening but I think this may pass it. Wow what an awful return.
