And explained why team cut Yolmer and then why team picked EE over Castellanos.

Mets pitchers hate working with Ramos

Just reading the Stone tweets, he was quick to say the Sox shouldn’t trade Dunning or Cease. He didn’t say the same for Collins and Basabe. I do wonder if McCann and some quality prospects (think Stiever) for Diaz could work

Yes

Stoney implies no chance they go after Kela. It is interesting he didn’t shoot down an Edwin Diaz suggestion https://mobile.twitter.com/stevestone/status/1211447914037313543

If he gets an extension, it will be Robert

Having Leury and his awful OBP would be managerial malpractice

I respect this, especially with Holt out there. Just seems Stoney was heavily hinting at a trade.

That last TD play design by Clemson was incredible

Robert, Grandal, Yoan would be my idea 1-2-3

Which is why I don’t think it’s Kela (or just for him).

Collins makes a lot more sense if they have any belief he can catch

It’s not just KLaw, find me one non-Sox related scout that thinks he can still be a catcher and get back to me.

Kela is rumored to be a clubhouse cancer. If Sox are interested, wonder if they make it a bigger trade and target Adam Frazier also.

Iglesias the SS, not closer

Iglesias, Hudson and Cishek would be a solid, unspectacular end to the offseason. My dream trade is McCann and a higher prospect like Adolfo to Houston for James.

And yet, they signed EE to be DH and Collins has no role. Maybe it’s as simple as the Sox don’t think his approach/swing will work at this level.

Jose Iglesias....all the cubans!

I believe this entirely post is accurate

Boers sounded healthier than he has in a decade. And yes, sports radio has been great this week.

Mazara hit into 5 DP last year. Timmy hit into 12, so probably need to PH for him.

Disagree, he’s been dead on with his predictions this offseason. He mentioned he talks to Jerry on occasion about the team. He all but stated prior to the signing broke yesterday why the team went with EE over Castellanos.

He actually said last night it will be smaller moves compared to what’s been made. Also he has said there’s no chance in hell of Arenado. He has implied Sox inquired about Betts, but no deal would happen without an extension and Betts won’t do that.

JDM has no place on this roster

Stoney has gone out of his way today to say Puig isn’t likely
