Looked at Vaughn's stats again. They're comically awesome. He seems like the 1B version of Madrigal (in a good way). I also don't think having Burger or Sheets on the roster is reason to shy away from him.

Yeah I truly feel people underestimate the meltdown that will occur if the Sox miss out on both. Besides for payroll flexibility, the Sox did nothing last year to try and make this a location that players would want to join. Yonder was a great addition for this, but just have to hope it wasn’t desperation.

Good call, I would say Blake was a better rebounder while Zion is quicker on defense. It’s too bad Zion has to play with RJ, who I’ve despised watching for the last few years (lots of his hs games were on the U last year)

Zion reminds me of a more athletic Julius Randle. He obviously has the “it” factor, but I’m not sure I see NBA superstar with him.
