I was at Midway today flying back to colorado.....Guy comes up to me and asks for a cig, we get to talking, turns out he is a big angels fan with season tickets. Of course i had my Sox hat on and he remarked "So I herd the thing about Chicago baseball is that its the sox fans that can acctually talk baseball and its the cubs fans that can tell you how much a beer is at the park".....really nice guy, knew his baseball, so don't fret folks, the non north side world knows whats goin on.... all the scrubs fans have now is thier defense mechanisms.....

thanks for the suggestions guys, I am gonna go down the 27th - 31st for the final three games at TEP. I checked out when UofA is on break and its the 11th - 19th. I might be goin stag, but i think i found someone to make the trip with me, but if anyone is gonna be down there at the same time let me know.

So I have decided to take my spring break in tucson this year to spend it with my favorite pastime. For any of you that have gone down there before I could use some info on the lovely city of tucson. Whats the best hotel to stay in pricewise/location? What are the best bars to goto, maybe even some that the players show up at? Is it better to rent a car or just taxi around? What are the best seats to get at TEP? any other info would be great too....

Ok, so I acctually squeezed one ticket out of ticketmaster this morning. Does anyone know what decides the game is played on saturday or sunday? I am going back to school on the 15th so I want to know what I have to root for to have the game on saturday.

get both..... the World Series dvd is more set up in movie format. I like the music and narration by michael clark duncan or whatever his name is.....but i like the bonus features on sox pride better
