I heard it live when he said it. Context is everything people, the fact that people actually believe that he hates black people simply based on this quote is complete bulls***. He was talking to a guest, when he made this statement he was making a point, not insulting black people.

I'm calling bulls*** on this one, the way Ozzie kept going to El Duque down the stretch when everybody knew that McCarthy was the better choice leads me to believe that Ozzie has some amount of faith in El Duque. I just don't see El Duque being left off the playoff roster. This is hardly a done deal seeing how it was reported by the Daily Southtown who have a history of getting things like this wrong.

Who would be better motivated to give it all they got in today's game? 7 bench players who are fighting for a playoff spot and possibly a spot on next year's roster or 7 regulars who know they're on the playoff roster and just clinched the division yesterday? Honestly, I think this lineup might give us the best chance to win.
