I'm pretty sure most people don't go to Red Sox games to see Johnny Damon play, singles/doubles and the occasional stolen base aren't exactly crowd pleasing.

I'm thinking of a McCarthy 41 but you always run that risk that a young player will change his number, Rowand 44 and Garland 25.
