An update on Willie Harris, he's up to 9 home runs and has 8 stolen bases. Who would've thought he'd have more homers than steals this late into the year? Who would've thought he'd have 9 home runs in a year, he only has 16 in his career, more than half coming this year.

I'd like to say at least it's against KC, but with the way we've played lately, it's hard to say that.

The word pop is pretty common throughout the midwest, no one around my area in Iowa calls it soda. The biggest pet peave of mine is when someone says "warsh" instead of "wash." No offense if anyone says that but I cannot stand it. George Warshington, stuff like that bugs me.

Oh another thing I was wrong with. I actually thought Uribe would have a decent year, comparable to 2004. My lineup was: Owens, Cabrera, Thome, Konerko, Dye, Swisher, Pierzynski, Crede, Uribe. Needless to say that lineup is pretty far off even though Uribe is now the 9 hitter with Crede out.

Besides thinking this team would finish 3rd or 4th, I had much higher expectations for Orlando Cabrerra in offensive production. I thought he'd be near a .300 average guy.
