For me, the best non World Series moment was in 2000 when the Sox clinched the division, they lost that game to Minnesota in extra innings on a walk off homer, but all the Sox fans didn't care because earlier the Royals had beaten the Indians. The worst for me was the callapse of 2003. I expected so much that year and slumping in September was heartbreaking.

I wish I would've tuned in earlier than the 3rd overtime, great game.

No question about it, we are in contention. Everyone is in contention until the Pirates play their 2nd game of the year. But no, seriously, the Sox have a solid team and will be very good.

We have a lot of simularities in this. Earlier I stated that Bo Jackson was the reason and he was the biggest reason, but before I liked the Sox I liked the Twins too. I was sad the Twins didn't make the playoffs in 1993 so I was going for the White Sox since my favorite football player was playing baseball. Even though they lost I just stuck with them.

I hope he's gone from Minnesota in the next 2 years. He's the most dominant pitcher out there right now. Hopefully he goes to a National League team.
