I have never, ever heard of SRO at the Cell. In fact, the ticket window people get testy when people ask about it. It's too much of a Wrigley thing. Maybe they've started it this year.

My favorite was the dumb f*** who was running up and down the aisles with the "Sox Cheat' sign at Friday night's game. I have to admit, I'd be pretty frustrated if I was an Angel's fan too. Sure we always seem to beat them, but I wouldn't say we dominate. It always seems to be a close game and we win on a fluke play. Kind of how the Twins used to beat us from 2000-2004.

I predicted a losing record in April, glad I was wrong.

Just got back from seeing 'Hard Candy'. Overall a good film, but a brilliant performnace by Ellen Page, the teenage girl. See this film and remember the name Ellen Page.

The only conclusion that I can come up with is that maybe the vet didn't think it was neccesary to put the dog down, but they insisted on doing it. Just because it ended up being put down eventually doesn't mean it was neccessary back when the family requested it.

Man, it's been s***ty out by me since like 9 PM last night. Chilly, grey, windy and rain, yuk. Great day for a 2pm west coast Sox game.

Here's where I'm confused. I assume the vet recommended the dog be put down, or can you just walk into a vet's office and have a pet killed on request, even against that vet's advice ??
