One thing to keep in mind is that this year the shoe is on the other foot. By that I mean the Cubs are the team with nothing to lose and can come in, play loose and let it all hang out. The Sox on the other hand, who sometimes cry about attention, have to put up or shut up.

Tell me this, What would our final season record have to be for us to LOSE the division? Based on that final record, what would our record have to be in the remaining games? Make sense^? God I can't write for s***.

It's funny how being in 1st place has changed my attitude about the All Star game. In the past, I would have wanted as many Sox player to get voted in and get some game time. This year, I think I'd rather have them stay home, not risk injury and rest. We have bigger fish to fry.
