1st time in 40+ years we beat the Yanks 8 in a row at home.

Dunn has been the man since Abreu went down with 3 GWRBI the last 3 wins.

Dunn has come up huge lately with 3 game winning hits , possibly in the last 3 Sox wins.

Take away the 1st inning and Noesi hasn't been bad in his starts.

The Rangers were blowing out Detroit so Detroit puts in backup infielder Danny Worth to pitch . This was the first time he has pitched on any level. He proceeded to K all 3 TX. hitters he faced with knuckleballs.

Now let's get down to business and get a few more runs and a V.

That was a nice low pitch count inning.

Those are talent issues . The guys picking up the slack have risen above their level of talent shown last year like Gillaspie, Alexei, Dunn , Beckham and Flowers.

This team is pretty damn resilient. 4/5 starters have had some problem or another weather it's health or poor pitching. With all the injuries staying around .500 is a minor miracle. A lot of guys are picking up the slack.
