Eh, Kellen wasn't very effective yesterday, he made some poor decisions. IU's player of the game was definitely Tracy Porter, he was doing everything, including a great pick on the second play of the game.

Mendenhall ran all over the IU defense, it was depressing. Illinois played well, but we played worse...if you fumble 4 or 5 times in a game you are going to lose. The best moment of the game was when the Illini's defensive coordinator swore at our area and gave us the finger.

Oh well. Western Michigan is better than Indiana St, at least.

So I had this weird dream last night where apparently this new movie came out (I can't remember the name except Rain was somewhere in the title...Rain Vault maybe), and it was anticipating breaking the opening day ticket sales (it was pretty much the same as the Entourage episode when Aquaman opens). Anyway, so the star of the movie was...Zack Greinke. Very weird, just thought I'd share the strangeness of that dream with you all.

The Indiana-Indiana State was a fun time tonight. The Lewis-Hardy connection worked twice for TDs on the first play of a series, and the second was a sweet catch, as the defender completely interfered with Hardy but he still recovered and made the grab and ran it in. I realize ISU is a pretty crappy team, but it was still a fun game to watch. One of things that worried me, though, is that our two best starting field positions (20 or 25 off of a fumble and 17 off of a terrible punt) yielded only a field goal each. Come on, you can't move the ball 17 yards for a TD against a team that has won something like 2 out of their last 30 games? Also, there were a lot of fumbles, though they recovered most of them.
