The county prosecutor told me even if he does serve any juvie time (and he does have priors)...he'll get deported but probably be back here in a couple of months anyway. Super system. Let's keep letting these losers come and go as they please...but GOD FORBID if a guy wants to get his family out of a crap county to be with him.
