  1. Buehrle's due for a gem. I would be perfectly happy with a 2-2 split with The O's and and a series winner from Texas.
  2. My favorite hawk line of all time is after a strikeout when he would say and he'll grab some bench. I like it way better than He gone. Unfortunately, He gone has stuck.
  3. QUOTE(Jabroni @ May 10, 2005 -> 01:49 AM) I don't get it either. I'm starting to wonder how long some posters have been Sox fans. Since they were 17-7
  4. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ May 10, 2005 -> 12:39 AM) It wasn't a bad move by the Sox though. It wasn't?
  5. QUOTE(witesoxfan @ May 10, 2005 -> 12:33 AM) I was bored Wow, what a team The Royals had there offensively. Imagine had that core stayed together.
  6. It may be just me, but the idea of platooning Frank Thomas with anyone is ridiculous. He needs to be in the line-up everyday. This, like many have said before, is going to be a great problem to have.
  7. Nothing bad to say about Singleton here either. I liked him a lot when he was with The Sox.
  8. QUOTE(rangercal @ May 8, 2005 -> 09:31 PM) she could give me head though. Classic.
  9. chicagosports.com has an article up now explaining The Walker move and many on here were correct. It is because of Tampa Bay's many lefty hitters. Once Gload is activated, Walker will be gone, IMO.
  10. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ May 7, 2005 -> 08:16 PM) I can't believe no one asked this yet: Name all the White Sox retired numbers. I was getting there man............ 2- Nellie 3- Harold 4- Appling 5- Aparicio 16-Ted Lyons 72- Fisk I think I'm wrong and missed a couple
  11. Who is The White Sox all-time career leader in pitching victories?
  12. QUOTE(Kalapse @ May 7, 2005 -> 08:15 PM) Mike Caruso, Brian Manning, Lorenzo Barcelo, Keith Foulke, Bob Howry and Ken Vining. Take that! I'll take it. Very good.
  13. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ May 7, 2005 -> 08:13 PM) As a corollary, which member of the White Sox broke a clubhouse TV in response to that news? Robin?
  14. Name all the minor league prospects The Sox got in return from the White Flag trade?
  15. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ May 7, 2005 -> 08:12 PM) HARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-OLDDDDDDDDDDDD To the O's. How do you like that s***. I'm impressed
  16. Who did The Sox trade right before The White Flag trade that some say started the whole thing that season?
  17. QUOTE(Buehrle>Wood @ May 7, 2005 -> 08:08 PM) Pat Seerey What former White Sox player hit 4 home runs against us? Cameron
  18. Who did The Sox trade to the Cubs for Garland?
  19. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ May 4, 2005 -> 10:05 PM) After he came out out that .173 for the season slump or w/e it was he was in during the summer of 2003 with that homer to tie it in the 9th with 2 outs against the Twins.....I've learned Paulie will turn it around no matter what. I'm not worried. Yeah, but he turned it around for a short time and then went back to funkville. I'm a bit concerned.
  20. 6 years for a first murder? That's even worse.
  21. The commitee approach has worked thus far. Use them all, Marte, Shingo, Hermanson, etc......... Go with the match-ups, use Vizcaino or Politte one day if you have too, whatever wins the damn game. Just for the record, I'm not down on Shingo yet. This guy is the career saves leader in Japan. He knows how to pitch, I think he'll work through this.
  22. I will admit that I have always been down on garland and to be honest, i didn't give him much a chance this season either. Jon's April was incredible, no one can take that away from him. But now Jon, do it in May and June...etc.......... And the reason I really do not like Garland to this day is the fact that he basically called Konerko out on that error last year.
  23. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ May 2, 2005 -> 05:20 PM) You ever see Jay and Silent Bob Stike Back? Best Movie Ever
