I'm hearing four players. Poreda, Richard and Two Prospects. Gordon Beckham is not involved.
I don't think his name could be involved because of when he was drafted, although I think last year KW slipped up at a press conference and named a PTBNL before he should have.

That's what I don't understand. If he's willing to play for the Cubs or Brewers, why would he even have to think about the White Sox. It makes you wonder if he truely is an "ace". If he says yes, its KW's best trade IMO. If he says no, good riddance. I'm actually shocked that they have agreed to a deal if they actually have.
If Peavy says no, KW is going to have to do a lot of backpedaling when talking about finances. I'm sure he'll give the line JR was willing to bust the budget by $10 million to get the "right guy". The right guy being a guy who is hesitant to pitch in the AL.
Is he supposed to add $10M for the wrong guy?
It's no great work of literature, but I am currently reading Youth in Revolt by C.D. Payne.
The movie comes out later this year with a great cast including Michael Cera, Zach Galifianakis, Ray Liotta, Steve Buscemi, Fred Willard, and M. Emmet Walsh.
8/10. I missed number of ways to reach first base, and I did not answer #9 because I didn't think any answers were correct. I still don't think the answer they gave is right. How can you tag a runner out when he is standing on a base?

Crede's offensive numbers are really not much to write home about so far.
Aside from that, is this really necessary?
Well, it's not accurate, Crede had 7 ABs in the game.

At least Alexei in CF allows you to open up a spot for Nix at SS or calling up Beckham. The big issue is that when Anderson returns, Pods will still start against RHP most likely.
Do you guys remember what he looked like in CF last year? I really can't. He's also having a hard enough time at the plate, I doubt it would help him.

I think Ozzie thinks (or wants to think that) he's managing a team like the Marlins. He's looking for that mix of power and speed, but fails to realize that he's compromising the ballgame by giving AB's to Pods and Lillibridge. Instead, we should be more like Weaver's Orioles, or even the current Jays and Cubs. We need to take pitches and drive the damn ball that's where we succeed.
Who would you suggest to play CF then?
