Well I don't mind giving up that HR simply because it was low and it didn't hang like most of his meatballs. Brian Roberts just hit it.

Tim is very accurate. He never posts bs intentionally. If a deal didn't go through, it's because it fell apart, not because it was fabricated. He's one of the best in the biz and I think he gets overshadowed by Gammons alot.
