I'm willing to stick with El Duque. Calm down people, when healthy he was tied with Freddy as a top 3 starter in the rotation. I'm confident he's finally healthy and we'll see how it goes. We'll get to see at least 2 starts from El Duque before the deadline.

Yeah, honestly I think we could beat Burnett. This team is full of great fastball hitters. It's junkballers like Tim Wakefield who would give us plenty of trouble.

Rowand isn't moving. The White Sox developed him, just gave him a new contract which is basically a bargain and he's a face for the organization. He's everything the White Sox want in a player.

You saw what happens when Eminem and Dr. Dre don't oversee an album - The Massacre. Now he's re-releasing that because he knows he failed(he said if he doesn't sell more than GRODT, then it's a failure and right now, he's only at the halfway mark of GRDOT).

I'll give you the politically correct answer. Basically, they see his potential and what he accomplished in the minors and are pissed off that he hasn't done the same yet at the ML level. It's just like Garland, except Garland finally developed(after 5 years mind you) and so they moved on to their new sparring partner. Uribe has actually been as bad if not worse than Crede.

This has to be a move for another bigger move. Jenks and Shingo could become best friends since Shingo throws a 55mph changeup and Jenks comes in with the 100mph FB. I don't think KW would give up Shingo(who's good friends with Iguchi) for something unproven this season unless this prospect was a grand prospect. Hell, maybe he could be going to the Rangers and we're getting the Rangers 1B prospect(who I've heard is supposed to be good) so when we let go if PK(hopefully) we have some guy to take his spot. I'm just throwing out ideas. With that said, I don't think a deal is going to be made. I'd be shocked.

I don't understand all the anti-Crede sentiment, especially with Uribe sucking more IMHO. Crede plays great D whether you want to admit it or not. He gives you some decent power, but an inconsistant at bat. I think the Yanks would take a nice fielding 3B(if they didn't have A-Rod) who hits 20-25HR's hitting in their 8 slot any day of the week.

I love this. Thanks to JR from us fans. I know he's a big fan too and wants a ring as much as anyone here if not more(even went as far as saying he would trade any of his Bulls Championship Rings for a White Sox Championship). Let's go Git 'R Dunn!!
