Supposedly it was the night owner. He saw the tape, said he couldn't really extract much from it other that they were both present(girl and Roth) because it was in black and white, and then he was going to give it to the authorities, but it was DVR'd over. Now, normally, that does happen. Security tapes are kept for a week and if nothing happens and nothing is reported, they are recorded over on the 8th day. So the maddening question is, Why would the club owner allow the system to record over that portion(you can stop it manually if you need to keep evidence), and also, why couldn't he give it to the police within those 7 days? It's not like the girl reported it 2 weeks afterwards. IIRC, it was reported minutes after it happened. The club owner got bought big time and Big Ben is off the hook. SMH.

I say just enjoy the ride. If she acts Shady, then I would dump her and move on. Not even feel hurt about it because it will eventually manifest itself into something bigger. You won't trust her again and/or she won't give you a reason to trust her. From my experiences with girls who like to keep their ex's as friends, they've all been very flirtatious with all of them and they not only have commitment issues, but they're also very lonely at the same time. They'll cite depression, say they don't know what they want, and will get pissed if you break up with them and don't want to be their friend, trying to turn it around on you. Don't let that happen!

If someone compared me with an Indian and said, "you guys are brown." that would be correct. I wouldn't say, "Don't call those people brown. They're imposters." They're just as brown as I am. And last, but not least, "black" people are just a darker shade of brown. If you take an african american and a jamaican, they are all still black by their skin color. Heck, I don't understand why some people call Asians yellow. They're, "white" for the most part. It's silly to me. As far as Jackie Robinson he stands for much more than being the first African American to play the game which is why not only Black Americans should be able to wear 42. He kicked down the door so black people can play, so I can play, so "white people" can play amongst their friends. It made it okay for guys like Torrii to play with guys like Vladimir Guerrero and John Lackey.

Ozney is actually a pretty good prospect from what I hear. As a person, he's just a normal type of guy. Definitely the most introverted of the three which is why you don't hear too much about him, but he just keeps it moving. Ozzie Jr is a worker pretty much. Oney is the most immature out of the three. If you didn't want to hear about the drug allegations, that's fine. But one of the guys was a roomie of his for half a semester. Then he moved downtown and then after his freshman year quit all together. There's nothing wrong with him quiting school or anything. My point is that Oney has a lot of growing up to do from all accounts. Hopefully he gets it together and understands why the Sox made the decision they did regarding the website and twitter. You can't put your employer on blast and definitely can't put their business out in the open. And I have also heard he's ruffled a lot of feathers down in the minors. I hope that doesn't stop us from potentially drafting Ozney if we were thinking about taking him in the draft one day.

69th percentile. 17 of 25 correct I believe it was. I literally just picked the higher seeds to win. Usually that works best, but that will probably get me second place in my groupings. The East bracket has killed me! I want first! Some guy so far has picked all but two games.

I have simmed a couple of times. What I've noticed. I can't hit a weak slider or changeup, but if a slider has some serious bite, I can knock it out of the park, opposite field almost every time. After ending my first year in AA(which I got called up to AAA, back down to AA, then back up to AAA) the only team to offer me a contract was my current team, the Tigers for a 1 year 80,000 deal. That's wack! Now, I'm just barely meeting my goals, and then dumping all my resources into contact and power. Quick question, why is it that my team wants me to work on hitting lefties more than righties even though my contact and power are 8 points higher(and counting) than hitting righties. Also, it sucks that I put 1B as my second position because now the Tigers are keeping me there at the AAA level even though I'm a better fielder at 3B. Also I still can't keep up for the most part with AAA pitching.

Wow, facing AAA pitching is fkn hard. Every guy I face has +95mph fastball with a ++ breaking pitch.
