Brazil's government is a mess. For all the praising of Lula he has no idea how to balance the obvious breaks and benefits they should be giving to their growing business with the social institutions they've set up. My friend worked the Beijing Olympics. She said 20 minutes before breaking, I believe his own, world record, Hussain Bolt was eating a 20 pc chicken nuggets, goes out with his shoe untied and breaks it. God I'd love to see him run. edit: This is just an olympics story, Don't really expect him to be as fast 8 years from the last, but whatever.
