Brazil's government is a mess. For all the praising of Lula he has no idea how to balance the obvious breaks and benefits they should be giving to their growing business with the social institutions they've set up. My friend worked the Beijing Olympics. She said 20 minutes before breaking, I believe his own, world record, Hussain Bolt was eating a 20 pc chicken nuggets, goes out with his shoe untied and breaks it. The thing is, those 100,000 stadiums aren't really built to keep in the noise the way Qwest, or, obviously Lucas Oil's is. In fact, when Soldier Field Toilet Redux was being built one of the pluses was it was going to hold in noise much, much better than the old design.
