I'd rather have renteria, to me cabrera is a more expensive version of Juan Uribe and he might not even be as good, but that's jmo.

I'll chime in a little late on the culpepper, brady argument. If I had to choose either to qb my team I choose brady, however Culpepper is the much better fantasy qb.

Do you guys know why Honel changed his mechanics, was it just a decision he made, or an organizational decision?

We have 1 vacant spot in the rotation already, if we trade garland we have 2 vacant spots. I'm pretty sure kenny is going to sign atleast 1 starter in the offseason, maybe if this trade went down, he could trade lee or pauly for another starter too. That deal really is to good to pass up, however we'd need to find 2 starters to fill these holes.

Zito is definitely more proven, I understand how people would want zito more, but Pavano has been the guy I've wanted for a while, everytime I watch the guy pitch he impresses me more and more, I just think Pavano is an absolute stud, but you can't go wrong either way.

I hear all the time that one of the big 3 is definitely getting traded in the offseason. I'd obviously love to have zito, however I'd like Pavano more but I won't get greedy, I'll take zito.

Neither would I and I'm sure qwerty wouldn't either. We're both trying to say he's one hell of a setup man, but I agree he's not a good closer at all.

Don't get greedy now dorf, obviously it would be amazing to have 2 of those guys but lets just hope we get 1.

But if we got him we could use him as a setup man to setup shingo, however I doubt we trade for him anyways, so it doesn't matter.
