The best one I ever heard was more funny than serious. The guy went to the internet and bought a best man speech and then read it to the crowd, but instead of filling in the blanks he read it like "congratulations fill in the blank with bride and grooms names here." But then he got down to the congrats at the end of it. Its was pretty damn funny. Whatever you do, dont start out a story in the speech by saying "this one time we were drinking."

We are hammering the ball early tonight. Hopefully that is a sign of things to come.

Im pretty sure the Everett comment was a joke. Brad lidge perhaps?

Masset's future is obviously as a starter. His fastball continually popped in the mid 90's even as the game wore on. His fastball has good sink to it, and he has a major league curve. One of the best things about baseball happened in that inning. Is there really another sport that makes such a respecful gensture of someone's firsts? The yanks immediately threw that ball over to the dugout to save. One of the great things about the game.
