If you want to see where it faced check out WSI's page flyingsock.com where it shows the history of Comiskey park. You can see clearly that Old Comiskey used to face downtown, so I have no idea how a water table could dissrupt the building of the new stadium.

Now we are trying to reverse that trend by making it easier to get to the park, and more fun for kids to watch. With this championship, Im sure alot more young fans will choose the sox in the future.

One of the best, but unheralded moves was painting all the piping black instead of the white. It changes the appearence drastically.
