  1. Could be all of the leg injuries overall. But they still hit more at home than on the road so the record differential shouldn't be that bad.
  2. They have more home runs at home than on the road. Only by 2 though.
  3. As good of an explanation as any as I really can't find any trends.
  4. I know everything is TLRs fault, but is there any explanation for why the team is so bad at home? They have a winning record on the road but are awful at home. It is really weird..
  5. I agree. It is part of it.

I wonder if they would elevate Jirschelle?
  7. There really isn't much else they can do. Hopefully, as each player returns they can turn it up a notch. I was there today and they just couldn't get anything going. A couple of more quality hitters would be nice. That inning for Lynn with the swing bunt, hit batter was just weird.
  8. The vast majority of the players were chosen before TLR was hired. He was here last year to so I assume you're going to blame this dramatic organizational shift in philosophy solely on him because he changed all of this in the off season without input from anyone.
  9. There is no defense for him as he is the manager and responsible for the team. They don't win, he should go. However, do you honestly think he has that great of an impact on their inability to hit the baseball?
  10. If what you are saying is truly the case then is it the Manager or the players? How can a team win with only one valuable player? TLR should probably go because you can't fire the team.
  11. None of the other sports play everyday. They get time of to recover.
  12. Got it. Taken that one a few times myself.
  13. Me too. I haven't heard anything definite but I'm leaving later than I normally would.
  14. Rick is the one who decided which player to call up. Unless you think YLR follows the minors.
  15. Didn't someone post that Boston did this exact thing but he was sent down the next day? He was up for just one day.
  16. Do you know if they still responsible for his medical care? I would assume so when they are injured they are on workers compensation as with any other injured worker.
  17. Didn't know they could do that while injured, especially if they had surgery. Rehab continues year round.
  18. Got me there. Had to check to see if I typed it correctly.
  19. Can they do that while injured? Or can they cut him but still have insurance pay for his medical bills?
  20. ACL tears are no longer an automatic surgery. Most likely but not automatic. They will probably wait until the edema goes down and do some functional testing.
