  1. Not bad. A little bland but it's the first one. They'll build a relationship.
  2. Much better to bring her for the warmer games. My wife will only go from June to August. And will only go to pre-season Bears games.
  3. Elko not so much. Swung at a lit out of the zone. Bat afraid of curveball.
  4. I would doubt it. There is a very different environment in economics and politics today. If the politicians give in to that it's their own fault.
  5. There is not total apathy. Just listen to the news and read this board. There is actual hatred. There are many posts on here stating they can't wait until he dies.
  6. That will all be in the negotiations. If it gets approved I would guess there will be some sort of split. But that is pure speculation on my part. There are months of negotiations.
  7. I realize what you are saying but it's is exactly what you said, a proposal. Just like the discussion with the Baltimore fans, this will be a negotiation. What was put out there was JR initial proposal which is the pie in the sky proposal that he knows won't get approved. The detractors of the projects are hyping it up to make it look bad. If it's approved it won't look like this and even he knows it. It's the beginning of negotiations.

I thought the article was that he had it and was doing rehab. Was there a subsequent article? The previous one said he had surgery to relieve a nerve compression.
  9. I disagree with that. In small towns everyone knows everyone and everything. They just take care of it themselves and get them out of office quickly. Having only lived in small towns, I see it repeated constantly. If they stay in office they are doing enough good for the town.

The difference is, the team doesn't need to win for me to enjoy a game. Granted it's more fun when they win.

Mediocrity is a very generous word for this team. Sucks is probably better.
  12. Thinking 4th dimensionality, I wonder if the purchase of the Arlington heights property was the bluff to get the ISFA money but the Sox sudden plans have screwed them.

It is a dead virus now so it could work.
  14. Everyone wants to do it with the Sox with a new GM and second year coach. Mayo has been with the organization longer than that.

Perhaps one should get a vaccine. Of course a vaccine is just a dead version of the virus so either way it's there.
  16. He is very transparent which most people say they want but get really mad when people are.
  17. What makes you think she wants to be involved. I've never seen anything that she was interested in owning a sports team. Contrary to popular opinion not all billionaires are alike.

    I will, it's baseball.

That's life in the MLB now.

Thus would be a good way to work on his starter prep routine while keeping the innings in check. As the starter for one or two innings.
