I got another question. I wouldn't mind going to this, but I'm only 20. Do you have to be 21 to go?

Let me also say this: If this finally quiets down, by the time late May comes along (I believe that is when Oakland visits) I will end up cheering him. No matter what he does, it's hard not to, with all the great things he did as a White Sox. I am TRYING to seperate Frank on the field and Frank off it, but it's becoming more and more difficult.

I have 3 thoughts on this situation, and I thought they were obvious. 1. Every word of what Kenny said is accurate about Frank, AND THEN SOME. 2. and 3. These may seem to contradict each other, but w/e. I don't blame Kenny for blowing his top and going off with how big of a jackass Frank has been about this, but at the same time I'm not so sure a GM should be saying this publicly. Oh, and the blind Frank defenders NEVER cease to AMAZE me. He's the best player in White Sox history, and he's also a clueless assclown. Nothing wrong with that, at least he's not some sort of criminal. He just needs to SHUT UP, although now that he got his words out there, so does Kenny.

Damaso Marte's ERA the last 2 years: 3.42 and 3.77. Doesn't SEEM too bad for a lefty RP, but it's indeed a misleading stat.

First, this thread has reached 300 pages, yay! Lol.....oh and I am interested in Jimbo's thoughts on last nights game. Kansas just rolled over, and that kinda surprised me I must admit. Oh, and I was at Illini/Arizona last year....I will die with that game being the only one where people all around me were crying their eyes out. I've never seen anything like it. The Bulls winning was expected, the White Sox winning (for me) was intense joy, but just as intense relief. That, that was something I can't describe. Most amazing thing I've ever seen, by far.

Kansas getting roughed up pretty good right now, down 16 early in the 2nd half at Texas. LaMarcus Aldridge is completely dominating.

Any Ohio State fans out there can thank Illinois whenever they want btw, as our win today clinches an undisputed Big Ten Title for the Buckeyes. Unless of course, Welsh Ryan magic does it's thing for a third time, but even then I doubt we win the last 2 road games...

Next year will be when you see how much talent Illinois has lost the last 2 years, and then 2008 and on will be when you see how much was accomplished and built by the players who left the last 2 years.

The Chicago Public League Championship is on right now on WCIU, live from the United Center. Simeon is off to a good start, up 11-2 early on Washington.

A fitting tribute, Dee and James set the new all time record for wins at Illinois by winning over a very good opponent in their final home game. Now let's finish out strong and make a nice run in the 2 tournaments and really send the guys out on a good note. I still wish we'd make some free throws, but it was nice to see the others besides Dee and Augie step up, and it was nice to see everybody on Iowa pretty much shut down besides Brunner, who I'm glad to see will be gone after this season.

Apparently D.J. White will play tomorrow. If I had a more reliable source than my friend who goes to Indiana, I'd link you, so take it FWIW.

I didn't like Elmore much before this season, but he's been pointing out the Duke bias all year this year. Some will say he's just a bitter Terp, but I really like it. Well done Len Elmore. If the refs had been a bit more fair, Temple might win. Also, Boston College at NC State is on CBS, and it's been a great ballgame so far. NC State by 3 with about 6 to play.
