The fact that Ernie Banks doesn't have a statue there and HARRY CAREY does is a joke. Regardless of your feelings for the Cubs, Banks is one of the great SS's to ever play the game, was really a talent before it's time in terms of a SS who could hit homers, and is the real best player in Cubs history IMO. If Sosa gets a statue before him, then ugh...Carey getting one first is bad enough, but that would be a disaster.

Davis won a silver medal today in the 1,500 meter race to add with the gold in the 1,000. Nice week for him.

I just hope we trade Gordon....he's our highest valued player on the market (and way overvauled at that) and he isn't the answer at all. If we trade Deng, I'll consider punching myself.

I like Lavin, Bilas, Rece Davis, and Raftery. The rest of them either suck, are biased towards a certain league, or both. I would also like to point out that if you put Kansas or Illinois on a neutral floor with Gonzaga right now, they'd both win by double digits. Gonzaga is the most overrated team I've seen in a long time.

Yep I was going to say Arthur would go to Baylor if KU didn't work out, but figured i'd be laughed outta here. Baylor has been cleaning up recruiting, and IMO could be pretty good in a couple or few years.
