Montgomery is overly reliant on his (strong) arm at 3B. He needs to start charging more balls or he's going to get a lot of bad hops and he'll start throwing wild. Can't play 3B from 10 feet behind the bag all the time.

imo his floor is pretty much everyday regular 2-3 WAR catcher. He does a lot of things right. Ceiling if he gains any power is borderline ASG catcher every year.
