  1. La Russa to hire Matt Nagy as offensive consultant
  2. Someone post the Steve Carrell “No God, No” picture please.
  3. All signs point to just enough success to keep us sucked in, and enough dysfunction to be painfully familiar...
  4. I haven’t been this mad since the Bears picked Curtis Enis over Randy Moss
  5. Yep they found his body. What a terrible, awful story. Prayers to both his and her families. Just sickening. Hug your loved ones.
  6. Realistically expect = odds in our favor. I think it’s fair to say the odds would be highly against us if we lose to a lefty while we throw Gio and have to win the next two while facing their ace. Why is it so negative to think Game 1 is far more important for the Sox?
  7. Basically the whole series rides on Game 1. We probably can’t realistically expect to win if Giolito loses and we have to face Bassit next.
  8. Has EE ever tried hit make contact or go opposite field? Or has it always been hit it 500 feet to dead left or bust?
  9. Never know. No guarantees and Houston clearly has a ton of experience
  10. Who is throwing a lefty in game 1? I want them!
  11. Matt Foster has 6 wins on the season? This is hilarious.
  12. The crazy thing is that someone throwing darts at a FA board would’ve outperformed Hahn’s choices of Mazara, EE, and Gio. I know Mazara was a trade but assuming a FA signing
  13. Tim and Jose need to talk some fight back into this team. Make every AB a tough AB no matter what!
  14. Reminiscing about 2003 is actually taking the edge off of this disaster...**checks notes*** actually it might be the alcohol but point still stands
  15. Man that team frustrated me https://www.baseball-reference.com/teams/CHW/2003.shtml
  16. Right now this team reminds me of that 2003 Sox team that was loaded but went up to Minnesota and got their butt whipped time after time.
  17. Rick Hahn: “Dont worry guys. Historically EE is very slow until the first week of October, then he really heats up.”
